Build the Impact LLC provides software products and consulting services. Each product may have additional terms specific to its use.

When you create an account with any of our products, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services (except where permitted by applicable open-source licenses)

Our services, including the website, product designs, logos, and content, are the intellectual property of Build the Impact LLC. Some of our products are released under open-source licenses, which are specified in their respective repositories. For open-source products, the applicable license governs your use of the source code.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to or create through our products. We do not claim ownership of your content. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build the Impact LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
